Returns & Exchanges — NØVEM

At NØVEM, we design garments with precision and intention. If something is not right, we are here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • Free of odors or markings

  • Returned in original packaging with all tags attached

Items that do not meet these standards will be declined and returned to the sender.


Final Sale Items

The following purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Founder’s Reserve pieces

  • Limited releases

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale


Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges only.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose between:

  • Store credit

  • A refund to your original payment method

NØVEM covers the cost of shipping the replacement item. Customers are responsible for return shipping.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as NØVEM cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos so our team can resolve the issue immediately.


How to Start a Return

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

Our team will provide next steps within 1–2 business days.


Excessive Returns

To protect the integrity of our releases, NØVEM reserves the right to refuse returns from customers who demonstrate excessive return activity.
