At NØVEM, every garment is prepared with intention and care. We are committed to delivering your order securely and efficiently.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-demand releases or limited drops, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (United States): 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates typically become active within 24 hours.

Signature Deliveries

For higher-value orders, NØVEM may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

International Shipping

NØVEM ships worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

NØVEM is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

NØVEM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, NØVEM is not liable for lost or stolen items.

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly or checking with neighbors or your building management.

For added security, we suggest shipping to a location where someone can receive the package.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Delays

Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high shipping volumes. While we work with trusted carriers, these factors are outside of our control.
